KMol is a molecular weight and elemental composition calculator. It runs under Linux, and is designed to be used with the KDE.
To learn more about what KMol does, read the manual.
Here is a screenshot:

KMol was written for Linux. It could possibly work with other unixes running KDE, but this hasn't been tested. The latest version is 0.3.4.
Download the source code: kmol-0.3.4.tar.bz2. Unzip and untar it, read the REAMDE, ./configure, make, make install.
Here is a Debian package compiled on Debian Lenny with KDE 3.5.10: kmol_0.3.4-1_i386.deb
Here is a binary compiled with an older KDE version (KDE 3.0.3 on RedHat 7.3): kmol-0.3.3-1.i386.rpm and the corresponding source kmol-0.3.3-1.src.rpm RPM package.
An rpm compiled under Red Hat 8.0 is also available, thanks to Gunner Poulsen: kmol-0.3.3-1rh8.i386.rpm.
The last KDE2 version:kmol-0.3.2.tar.bz2, kmol-0.3.2.tar.gz, kmol-0.3.2-1.i386.rpm, kmol-0.3.2-1.src.rpm.
The old 0.2.2 version, for KDE 1.1 / Qt 1.42, is still available: kmol-0.2.2.tar.gz, kmol-0.2.2-1.src.rpm, kmol-0.2.2-1.i386.rpm.
